Data we collect
We process account details you provide, product and launch information, Directory Blast order details, payment references and first-party product analytics. A payment provider processes payment credentials; SaaSGrave Launches does not ask for directory passwords.
Why we use it
We use the data to operate accounts, publish requested listings, fulfil purchases, report submission status, prevent abuse, support users and understand how the service works. Analytics distinguish anonymous browser IDs, sessions and authenticated users rather than claiming to identify unknown people.
Directory submissions
For a Directory Blast order, the product name, website, description, logo or social link you provide may be entered into relevant third-party directory forms. If a directory needs private verification or login, we mark it for your manual action instead of asking for your password.
Service providers
Supabase supports authentication and database services, Dodo Payments supports checkout and payment confirmation, and configured hosting and analytics providers support site delivery and measurement. Each provider processes data under its own applicable terms.
Retention and choices
We retain records needed to provide the service, maintain truthful payment and audit history, and meet legal obligations. You can request access or correction through the site’s published support channel. Some transaction and audit records may need to be retained.
Security
Private order and admin data is protected with server-side authorization and database access policies. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access is limited to what the product needs.
