About BuiltToWinWeb
Built2WinWeb is agent-native infrastructure, not a product with an AI feature bolted on. The core offering — the AI Indexing Pack — deploys a live MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, llms.txt, agents.txt, agent cards, A2A handlers, OAuth metadata, and all .well-known endpoints to any domain. Its purpose is to make websites machine-readable and agent-callable.
Overview
Who is it for?
SaaS platforms, real estate agents, ecommerce brands, law firms, agencies, developers, and small businesses.
Problem
Most websites are invisible to AI agents. Without an MCP server, llms.txt, agents.txt, agent cards, or .well-known endpoints, AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini can't properly discover, read, or cite a site. That means missed referral traffic, lost leads, and zero presence in a channel that's growing fast.
Solution
The AI discovery layer. Every build ships with a live MCP server, llms.txt, agents.txt, agent cards, A2A handlers, OAuth metadata, and all .well-known endpoints — so AI assistants can read the site and act on it. For existing sites, the AI Indexing Pack deploys the same stack in under 30 minutes.
What makes it different
We control both layers. Most companies either build websites or score AI readiness. We do both, so agent-ready ships as the default rather than a retrofit — and it costs almost nothing marginal to include.

I built this because I kept hitting the same wall on client projects: "Will ChatGPT be able to read this?" For a long time the honest answer was no, and nobody was fixing it. Most of what's out there is either a scanner that diagnoses the problem or a generator that hands you a site and walks away. We do both — build the site and ship the agent layer as part of it. That means the discovery infrastructure isn't a retrofit someone has to be sold on, it's just how the site ships. Two things worth knowing: The protocol layer is the real product. The MCP server is running right now — you can query it. llms.txt is live on our own domain. I'd rather you test it than take my word for it. The long game isn't discovery, it's governance.
